Cancellation Policy

Please note any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. By booking, you consent to K9 Control using photographs and/or video recordings of training sessions, including images of me both internally and externally. These images could be used in print and digital media formats, including print publications, websites, e-marketing, posters banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes.
