Reactive Dog Behaviour Training in Berkshire.
Off-Leash Foundations & Neutrality starting 5th june
A continuously running group class building real-world off leash control and dog-to-dog neutrality
Service Description
About This Class Off-Lead Foundations is a rolling, continuous class — there are no fixed start dates. You join when you're ready and progress as your dog's skills develop. New dogs join regularly, which is an intentional part of the training: your dog learns to work reliably alongside unfamiliar animals every week. This class is open to existing K9 Control clients only. Dogs must have completed a 1:1 training programme with us before joining the group. What You'll Work On — Off-lead obedience — heel work, recall, and directional control built progressively from close range to distance and real-world distraction. — Dog-to-dog neutrality — teaching your dog to acknowledge and move past other dogs calmly, without fixating, reacting, or seeking interaction. — Focus under pressure — building sustained attention in busy, stimulating environments where distractions are real and varied. — Handler communication — developing clear, consistent timing and body language so your dog reads you accurately in any situation. — Proofed reliability — every skill is tested across different locations, distances, and scenarios before it counts. ⚠ Muzzle Requirement All dogs must be muzzle trained before attending. A correctly fitted muzzle must be brought to every session — dogs arriving without one will not be permitted to participate. This is a safety requirement for the whole group, regardless of temperament. If your dog isn't yet muzzle trained, contact us before booking.
